MONEY TALK$: Focus will be impact of health care changes on businesses
What do the federal health care reforms mean for your company?
Will you have to spend thousands of dollars in extra costs and more paperwork? Or will federal subsidies make this a “game changer” for small companies that have struggled to provide insurance plans?
Paul Scott, who owns an insurance company in Fredericksburg and is president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors–Virginia, will answer questions on this topic during our first Money Talk$ web chat of the year. It will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 12 on fredericksburg .com.
Scott founded Scott Insurance & Financial Services Inc. in 1997, and has served on the board of the Fredericksburg Association of NAIFA for more than a decade.
To participate in “Money Talk$,” either submit questions in advance by emailing them to cjett@freelance star.com or log on to fredericksburg.com during the chat. The chat will be archived on fredericksburg.com, and a transcript will appear in The Free Lance–Star’s Business section on Feb. 16.
Please let me know which topics you’d like to see featured in upcoming Money Talk$ webchats.
