Susan Taylor, a senior insurance market examiner with the Property and Casualty Division of the Virginia Bureau of Insurance, will tackle your questions during a special Money Talk$ webchat from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at fredericksburg.com.
Taylor started in insurance as an underwriter with an insurance company in 1977, worked briefly as an insurance agent and joined the Virginia Bureau of Insurance in 1986.
During her 25-year tenure with the Bureau of Insurance, she worked in Agent Investigations for seven years and spent the majority of her service in the Property and Casualty Consumer Services Section.
Consumer Services logs, investigates and works toward resolution of complaints about insurance agents, agencies and companies. Its representatives also provide consumers with information and answer insurance-related questions.
