Stafford menswear shop loses its lease

Sam’s Factory Outlet at 616 Garrisonville Road in Stafford County is renegotiating its lease.
If the owners are successful, the shop will remain in its current location. The building has a sign indicating that Sam’s has lost its lease and is having a sale.
“We won’t know for a month or so” if Sam’s will be able to get a new lease for that location, said co-owner Joseph Samaha.
Sam’s sells suits, tuxedos and accessories, and also has tuxes available for rent.
