King George bank to hold grand opening Saturday
Community Bank of Tri-County will hold the grand opening for its King George Branch from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 2.
There will be cook-out style food catered by regional favorite Touch of Class Catering, as well as games and prizes for adults and children.
In addition, the King George High School band will be performing between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and the bank’s Kids’ Club mascot, Fillup the Frog, will be hopping around between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Community Bank of Tri-County is southern Maryland’s oldest independent financial institution. The branch, its first in Virginia, is located in King George Gateway shopping center off U.S. 301 near Naval Support Facility Dahlgren.
