Calendar: Sept. 6 to Sept. 13

ART OF AFRICA: This First Friday is going to get a jolt of caffeine as 2530 Espresso hosts an African Coffee Night. Beginning at 6 p.m., enjoy photographs by various Fredericksburg locals as you sample two coffees from Ethiopia and one from Kenya. Staff will also showcase three coffee-brewing methods. The e3Kids will have displays of the group’s work in Kenya and Kenyan-made products for sale. $4 per coffee or $10 for three coffees. All proceeds benefit Royal Kids School in Kenya.
