SKY’S THE LIMIT: The Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts presents “East Coast—Land, Sea and Sky” in the Members Gallery through July 28. This solo show features new paintings by artist Shirley Whelan. The center will host a First Friday opening reception tomorrow from 6–8:30 p.m.
