Patriots Day

This week we’ll see little change to the forecast until Sunday when another cold front will march through the region.  Until then we’ll continue to have bright blue skies – after some possible morning fog burns off – and high temperatures in the low 80′s (F).  Meanwhile the arid middle of the nation will finally see some rain this week as shown in this graphic through Sunday morning:

While this rain will be welcome out west it won’t put much of a dent in the long-running drought out that way.

Meanwhile, remember Patriot’s Day today and the events of 11 years ago under another bright blue sky.
