FOR’s annual Riverfest fundraiser just around the corner
On Sept. 21, you can dine on steamed crabs and barbecue, sip a beverage and listen to live music on a farm overlooking the Rappahannock River in King George, all the while helping the Friends of the Rappahannock continue its conservation, education and advocacy programs. Rappahannock Riverfest 2013 is again at Farley Vale Farm along State Route 3, from 4-8 p.m. Individual tickets start at $75; all tickets are being sold only in advance.
