Siren call

Dominion power  says its 68  warning system sirens surrounding North Anna Power Station failed to activate in a routine silent test this morning. The problem stemmed from a faulty transmitter and was corrected in about 25 minutes, a company spokesman said. For more about the test and the plant’s siren system, see my story in Friday’s Free Lance-Star.
