Snow keeps state police busy

The Virginia State Police have had their hands full on state roads during the snowstorm.

Between midnight and 10 a.m. Monday, troopers responded to 359 traffic crashes and 228 disabled vehicles statewide.

In the Fredericksburg area, troopers have handled 105 crashes and 47 disabled vehicles.

Troopers and local police and fire and rescue crews also had to work the early morning charter bus crash in Stafford. Click here for that story.
