A car ran into a house in the Kingswood subdivision at about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office.

Apparently the driver, a man around 45 to 50 years old, suffered an “undetermined medical condition” and then crashed into the house at 5029 Queensbury Circle, said sheriff’s Capt. Jeff Pearce. The man was unconscious when medics arrived. They treated him at the scene and were taking him to an area hospital.

Though it is unclear if anyone was at the home when the crash happened, Pearce said no other injuries were reported.
