Rest area to close overnight

The Welcome Center and rest area near the Central Park exit on Interstate 95 will be closed Thursday night into Friday morning for a paving operation.
The Virginia Department of Transportation will be milling and paving the entrance and exit ramps during the closure.
Other nearby rest areas along I-95 include one in Caroline, at exit 110 (Ladysmith) and another to the north at exit 156 in Dale City.
