Expect congestion around Spotsylvania Courthouse during Saturday event
The Spotsylvania Courthouse area will be full of revelers Saturday as the county will host its eighth annual Stars and Stripes Spectacular.
Expect congested roads during the event, which will include road closures at night.
The event begins at 3 p.m. and culminates with a fireworks show from 9 to 10 that night.
Shuttle buses will begin carrying visitors at 2:45 p.m. between the festivities and Courtland High School. The shuttles are free.
When the fireworks begin, there will be road closures. Check the map below for details.
