Obama’s Damage Control
You probably don’t want to say things like “the private sector is doing fine” when you’re running for president. Yeah, it’s taken out of context but you’re handing your political opponents a gift. And right about the time Obama thought he had reigned in Biden, Clinton and Newark Mayor Cory Booker from going off script.
Yeah, the GOP will use Obama’s words against him and you can’t blame them. Of course, Mitt want to get send out some subordinate to talk about how out of touch Obama is with the working class. It’s kind of hard to swallow from a multimillionaire who’s buying multiple mansions that have elevators for cars.
Of course Mitt has also said “Corporations are people” and “I don’t care about the poor” and “I like to fire people” so maybe it’s time for Obama to give him one.
