The National Park Service is repaving Lee Drive with tan pea gravel (whatever that is) and a lot of bicyclists and joggers are highly upset. Not just a little disagreement, but put vitriolic anger with most of it directed at Russ Smith who is the Superintendent of the Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park.
It’s amazing what really upsets people in this old historic town.
