Yeah, a Republican nutjob is at it again, except this time other Republicans are backing away from the lunacy.

The Indiana Legislature is going to pass a resolution celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Girl Scouts.  One of their colleagues sent a letter to each Republican in the chamber that they should not pass it because the Girl Scouts “making their daughters more receptive to the pro-abortion agenda.”  After further research, this guy discovered Michelle Obama, who’s pro choice,  is the honorary Chairperson of the Girl Scouts, and that they’re in league with Planned Parenthood and it’s run by communist feminists.  He vows to yank his daughters out of the Girl Scouts and enroll them in “American Heritage Girls Little Flowers organization” instead, which is something I think he made up.  Someone should take this dork’s Google away from him.

Of course, the first lady is always the honorary chairperson of the Girl Scouts.  Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Bush, etc. were all associated with the Girl Scouts.

Unfortunately, this wacko isn’t alone.  There have been reports of ten-year-old little girls being screamed at while delivering cookies.  There’s been a few cases reported here in Virginia.

One of this guy’s Republican colleagues responded by buying over 250 boxes of Girl Scout cookies and distributing them around the Indiana Legislature.  Good on him.
