Medical Toilets

Some employees of Mary Washington Hospital have been flushing medical waste down the toilets and it’s ending up in the city’s sewage system.  Sewage itself it nasty enough, but the hospital folks have been flushing lovely artifacts such as surgical gloves, towels, bandages and syringes.  How do you get that kind of stuff down a toilet?  Here at the newspaper it takes 13 flushes just to get down the non-contraband stuff.  Yeah, you probably didn’t wanna know that.

Anyway, hospital, folks.  Stop flushing your medical junk into our sewage system or we’re gonna send someone to crap on your operating tables.

Here’s the rough.
