Coming in first in our Weekly Challenge with 112 votes is Rose Rinker of Stafford. Rose wins the original art with her caption inked in by me along with having it published in Saturday’s Free Lance-Star in the A section.
Coming in second with 61 votes is Kathy Mannix of Washington, D.C. who submitted “I am not a career politician. I’m just like you”.
