The View
My issue with Obama doing The View isn’t the same as everyone else’s reason. Most think he’s wasting time doing a day time talk show. I don’t mind that. Someone said it’s not presidential. There’s always going to be something new that’s not presidential. Hoover didn’t have Leno. I didn’t mind Clinton playing saxaphone on Aresenio Hall. I didn’t mind Al Gore doing Letterman to talk about government waste. I didn’t mind Arnold Swarzenegger announced his gubernatorial candidacy on Leno. What I do mind is that Obama is going on a show where he’ll be pitched a dozen softball questions. I think that’s as relevant as the only network Sarah Palin talks to is Fox News.
I have never liked Barbara Walters. I don’t like someone else telling me who the most “interesting” people are.
Caricaturing women is hard. Caricaturing five of them…even harder. Thankfully they’re not all good looking. Anyway, it’s still tough. You get what you got today. Enjoy.
