The smoking ban is going to frustrate a lot of people. Most people I’ve talked to who smoke in bars on a regular basis told me "so what?". Even bartenders who smoke told me they’re actually looking forward to it because they’re not going to miss they’re eyes burning on a busy Saturday night.
Of course this law came with loop holes so there will still be smoking in several bars in Fredericksburg. Will that increase business for them and hurt the non-smoking bars? Does this law legislate who will be profitable and who will suffer? Yes, it does.
