Rodenberg

I drew this while city manager Phillip Rodenberg was on leave.  As of late last night, the city has accepted his regignation.

My editor didn’t want me to do this cartoon.  He felt the subject was too sensitive.  I was persistent and with a little help from come colleagues the verdict was "d’uh!  It should run".
