I did a little research on some of Webb’s past comments and found this.  I thought it was very interesting.

Rough

I decided to make an early night of it last night and went home, ate a Big Mac, fries and watched a movie.  Around 2:00 am Chubby McLovin’ starts whining.  Chubbs is my Beagle puppy who’s about a year old now.  Chubbs is just an affection seeking dog, never bites, likes to bark and will go crazy for a cookie.  Last night he was crying and scratching at my door.  He got into something and has little bumps all over his body.  So I give him some attention but he can’t sit still.  So I kick him out of the room and he starts crying more then starts this low cry/howl thing.  I can’t take it and it’s breaking my heart so I get up, put some pants on and give the dog a bath.  At first he’s trying to get out of the tub but eventually he settles down as I think the water was stopping the itch and he just stood there.  He cried a little longer after the bath but then he settled down and went to sleep.  I eventually went to sleep too.  This morning he was still playful, wanting a cookie and tried to chase a cat during our walk.  I think he’s fine but I want to find out what this hive thing is.

Foo Fighters

So I got the new CD from my favorite band.  I think Kate likes it.  All the reviews gave it a B and some were critical of the slow parts but they still gave the album a great rating.  Well I think it Sucks so far with a capital S.  It’s really disappinting when an artist I like this much puts out something this disappointing.  When the new single came out weeks ago I thought it was OK but was hoping to God it wasn’t the best song on the album.  It is.  Out of the 12 songs I think there might be four that are decent.  Maybe I need to listen to the album some more.  There’s even some sort of bluegrass instrumental on it.  I’m thinking what the Hell?  You’re the Foo Freaking Fighters.  You don’t do bluegrass.  You’re a rock n roll band.  I think Dave Grohl forgot he was in Scream and Nirvana.  If you like the band and have the new album, leave me a comment.  Tell me I’m right and why I’m right or tell me I’m wrong and why that’s the case.  Do it.
