I was a huge Snoopy fan when I was a kid.  I became a Garfield fan when I was a teenager (when Garfield was funny).  I never did like Heathcliff.  And I’ve never been a fan of the shell game City Council has always played with tax rates.  “Hey, we lowered your tax rate, but raised your property values….so we just increased your taxes while technically lowering them.”

Steve Kelley of the New Orleans Times-Picayune coincided with me today and drew the same three characters from Peanuts.  I think he did a better job with the drawings.
