I hope you’re familiar with that old joke about building a Starbucks inside a Starbucks. Well that’s what this cartoon is playing on. The Free Lance-Star is in favor of the new hospitals and so am I. I’ve had friends visit the emergency room of Mary Washington…and they’re still they’re.
A lot of my friends tell me they’re only reading the cartoons through the blog so that’s putting pressure on me to update the blog with each new cartoon. They’re either not reading the paper or not making it to the editorial page. My friend Mike (who covers Britney Spears’ “Baby, hit me one more time” disturbingly well) told me the blog is like the DVD version of my cartoons. It would be more so if I would put more “outtakes” and director’s commentary in the blog.

I got to see the Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows last night at Nissan Pavilion. I’m off to write a review about it.
