More help for the wounded
First Lady Michelle Obama unveils a commitment by the nation’s medical schools this afternoon to help troops wounded in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The aim, the White House says, is to create a new generation of doctors, medical schools, and research facilities to deal with serious injuries such as traumatic brain injuries and post traumatic stress disorder.
