Aquia challenger posts website, runs minimal campaign
One candidate for the Board of Supervisors has been very quiet so far this election season.
Mara Sealock is challenging Aquia Supervisor Paul Milde this year.
She is running “basically a ‘no budget’ campaign,” said Alane Callander, chair of the Stafford Democrat Committee. Milde currently has a little more than $70,000 on hand right now, while Sealock has $540, according to the Virginia Access Project’s latest numbers. Sealock is working two jobs and is running a minimalist campaign with no events planned, Callander said.
Sealock graduated from Marymount University with a degree in political science. She served on the student council and fitness club treasurer. Learn more about Sealock at her website here.
You can find Milde’s site here.
