Architectural guidelines in the works for Comprehensive Plan
Stafford residents are invited to two public workshops over the next week to give input on architectural design guidelines. These could be incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan as a guide for preferred design of future development.
A presentation will be given on background to the guidelines, and the survey will ask participants to rank images of different types of buildings and development features, grouped in categories. This information provides staff a basis for developing preferred design features for future development, according to a press release.
- Wednesday, July 25 – 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at England Run Library, 806 Lyons Boulevard
- Tuesday, July 31 — 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Porter Library, 2001 Parkway Boulevard
