Schedule changes for Parks & Rec

Here’s a press release from Stafford:

Due to Friday’s storm, Stafford County Parks, Recreations and Community Facilities have some changes in scheduling.

The Rowser Building and the Rowser Annex are currently without power.  All activities held there are canceled until further notice.  Updates will be provided on Stafford’s website at www.staffordcountyva.gov.  The Virginia Cooperative Extension and the Health Department will be closed as well.

Programs at the Courthouse Community Center are still proceeding as scheduled.

Camps and swimming lessons are being held with the exception of Camp Discovery.  Camp Discovery will not be held today but will be held tomorrow.  Curtis Park and Woodlands Pools are both open regular hours.

Phone service has been interrupted in some Parks offices.  For information about any activities, please call 540/658-5115.
