Upcoming office and court closings

For Monday’s recognition of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, all Stafford offices, departments and facilities will be closed.

The county’s courts will also be closed on Friday in observance of Lee-Jackson Day. That includes the circuit, general district and juvenile and domestic relations courts. (That means they’ll be closed Friday and Monday.)

Here are some exceptions to Monday’s closing:

The Regional Landfill and Belman Road Recycling Center in Fredericksburg will be open during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) on Monday.
