Looking ahead to Tuesday Board of Supervisors meeting
Building projects may get a little easier in Stafford County. At least, that should apply to the paperwork part.
The Community Development Service Center, slated to open in the spring in the County Administration Center, will be a one-stop shop for planning, zoning and building permits. Homeowners and devel opers alike will be able to go to the newly renovated space, rather than navigating through different offices. The Stafford Board of Supervisors is expected to approve a $400,000 transfer of funds to begin construction of the center. That is scheduled for the consent agenda for the 3 p.m. part of tomorrow’s meeting, and here’s the full agenda.
I’ll have more on the CDSC in tomorrow’s paper.
Also, I’ll be live tweeting the meeting again, so follow me @StaffordFLS.
