Just a preview of Tuesday’s Stafford County Board of Supervisors meeting. Check the entire agenda, if you dare.

Some of the items that I find interesting:

Item 20 – Wetlands Mitigation Banks.

This item contemplates allowing the creation of “wetlands banks” that set aside environmentally sensitive property to compensate for developing property elsewhere.

Item 23 – Urban Development Areas

This is a public hearing item, and if adopted, would designate the final 4,ooo housing units to new and existing UDAs.
