Sleet Already Icing Plans in Stafford

A scheduled dedication ceremony for Stafford County’s “Gateway To Freedom” has been moved from tomorrow morning to 3 p.m., and the venue has changed from Aquia Landing to the board chambers of the County Administration Building. Potential nasty weather is the reason.

National Park Service Historian Noel Harrison will give the dedication, but he will do it in the warm confines of the board chambers, at the beginning of the Board of Supervisors meeting.
