Not Cool and the Gang

In light of the recent gang discussions in Stafford County, I thought this was interesting.

State Senator Richard Stuart (R-Westmoreland/Stafford) has introduced Senate Bill 872 to create “gang free zones” at school bus stops, public parks and public buildings. Conviction could lead to a mandatory minimum sentence of 2 years.
