SPCA…Back Again!

Bill Hoyt and his SPCA supporters were back in front of the Planning Commission last night. The detractors were there as well. This time, the commission actually voted.

They voted 4-2 to recommend denial of the conditional use permit needed to build the SPCA. Mike Rhodes and Ken Mitchell voted against the recommendation.

Now it’s on to the Board of Supervisors, who will ultimately decide whether the CUP is granted.
