Breaking and Entering
Sylvania Heights Mobile One- Sometime between 11 AM and 2:30PM on Sept. 3, someone made entry into a home on Murray Court and stole $297. No signs of forced entry were discovered.

Villages of Salem Station- Sometime during the overnight hours on Sept. 1, someone stole a Garmin GPS from an unlocked vehicle on Sunburst Lane.

St. George Estates- Between 9 PM on Sept. 4 and 5 AM on Sept. 5, someone entered four unlocked vehicles and stole several items to include $500 in cash and DVD’s. This crime occurred on Katerina Dr.

Fawn Lake- Sometime between 12 PM on Sept. 3 and 10 AM on Sept. 4, someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the area of Fawn Lake Parkway and stole $400. The victim also reported that items had been stolen out of his unlocked vehicle several weeks ago, however, that incident was not reported at the time of the crime.

Zion Hill Baptist Church, 10411 Cooktown Rd.- An outdoor AC and Heating Unit valued at $2,500 was stolen from the church sometime between 10 PM on Sep. 1 and 7 AM on Sept. 2.

Fox Meadows- The victim reported that someone made entry into his home on Lakeland Way and stole a Toshiba Laptop valued at $500. This crime occurred sometime between 5 PM on Sept. 5 and 9 PM on Sept. 6. The victim was not sure if his home was left unlocked and no signs of forced entry were discovered.

Sometime within the last month, someone entered an unlocked fenced property in the area of Stanfield Road and stole a front axle valued at $500 from a Ford Tractor.

North Anna Estates- Someone enter a residence in the area of Hummingbird Lane and stole an air compressor, wheels and tires, exterior storm doors and windows, a John Deere tractor snow blade, and a window AC unit. The value of the stolen property exceeded $3,000. This crime occurred sometime between Aug. 30 and Sept. 2.

Kingswood- Sometime during the overnight hours on Sept. 5, someone stole a concrete Lion statue valued at $75 from a driveway on Queensbury Circle.

Wilburn Garden Assisted Living, 3500 Meekins Drive- Sometime between 8 AM and 10 PM on Aug. 25, someone poured sugar in a vehicle’s gas tank and caused over $5,000 in damage to the vehicle’s engine and fuel system.

Chancellor West, Wind Tree Court- Sometime between 8 PM on Sept. 3. and 8:30 AM on Sept. 4, a vehicle parked by the community pool was vandalized. It also appears that the individuals damaged 6 lights in the pool area.
