Spotsy plans a ‘Night Out’ tomorrow

An annual anti-crime event comes to Spotsy tomorrow with kids’ activities and free food.

The 28th annual National Night Out will be held at the Target Superstore in Cosners Corner.

The event is sponsored by The Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office, the Crime Prevention Council of Spotsylvania County and Target.

It will feature: Hotdogs and Chick-Fil-A chicken sandwiches, Famous Dave’s  BBQ sandwiches,  drinks, ambulance and fire truck displays, train barrel , K-9 demonstrations, face painting and temporary tattoos.

The annual, nation-wide event aims to prevent crime and promote community policing.
