Mapping the County

The redistricting public hearing is coming up on Tuesday. You can see the proposed maps here and here.

If you want to see a hard copy of the maps, which show proposed districts, precincts and polling places, copies are available to view at:

• The county’s planning department, 9019 Old Battlefield Blvd.
• The county administrator’s office, 9104 Courthouse Road
• The registrar’s office, 9106-A Courthouse Road
• Snow Library, 8740 Courthouse Road
• Salem Church Library, 2607 Salem Church Road

If you’re mapping directions online, or using a GPS, the first four locations are in Spotsylvania, 22553 and the last is Fredericksburg, 22407.

The public hearing is Tuesday, May 24, 6:10 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors chamber at the Holbert Building.
