Robbery
McDonalds Southpoint, 5420 Jefferson Davis Highway- At about 1 AM on the 24th of April 2011, The victim stated that while in the parking lot of McDonalds, a white male, wearing all black with a brown mark on his forehead, and a black male with a lazy eye approached him and started a conversation. The black
male pulled out a hand gun and stole the victims black Griffies sneakers that are valued at $160.00

Burglary
Oaks Mobile Home Park- Sometime between 2 PM on 22 April and 9:45 AM on 26 April, someone made
entry into a residence on Merryman Rd. by unknown means and stole a portable DVD player valued at
$100.00 and a gold necklace valued at $30.00.

Spotslee- A resident in the area of Spotslee Drive, reported that sometime between 9 PM on 15 April and
10:30 AM on 16 April, 2011, someone broke a screen and window towards the back of the home. At this
time it cannot be determined if anything was stolen.

Sheraton Hills- A resident on Rutherford Drive, reported that sometime between 9:30 PM on April 12th
and 7:45 AM on April 13th someone made entry through a 2nd floor window and stole a silver DVD player,
20 DVD’s, a white house black market clothing bag containing 2 white sweaters, 1 white and pink t-shirt,
and other clothing valued at $500.00, a 32 inch flat screen Emerson TV, an IPOD, computer software, 2
cases of CD’s, and several necklaces

A resident in the area of Towles Mill Rd., reported that sometime between 9 AM and 7 PM on 22 April
someone made forced entry into the home and stole a Sony PS3 game system and $300.00 in cash.

Motor Vehicle Theft
Breezewood Shopping Center- At about 9PM on 14 April. The victim reported that he parked his vehicle
for 2 minutes in order to sign some paperwork at a local business. He left his vehicle unlocked and with the
keys in the vehicle. When he returned his black Suzuki 4 door was missing. The victim also stated that the
unlocked vehicle contained two laptop computers valued at $3000.00 and a GPS unit.

Sometime between April 22nd and April 25th 2011, someone stole a Red and Black 5500 Watt Power
Generator valued at $2000.00 from a construction site in the area of Lake Anna Parkway and Camp
Town Road.

Cardinal Press, 218 Industrial Drive- Sometime between 6 PM and 11:30 PM on 19 April 2011, someone
broke into a trailer that was outside the business and stole 2 generators, a black in color compressor, 12
spray guns, and other items valued at $20,000.

Tractor Supply, 4179 Plank Road- At about 7 AM on the 14th of April 2011, a white male and a black
male were witnessed stealing 67 empty pallets from behind the business. The two males were driving a tan
20-30 foot box truck with a Maryland license plate.

Home Depot, 5771 Plank Road- At about 3: 40 PM on April 19th , a white male, short dark hair, about 25
years old, 5’9 and a medium build, wearing a black shirt and jean shorts with tattoos on both calves, stole a
Mikita Brand Drill Kit valued at $300.00. The subject ran across the parking lot and left in a white mini-van.

Holladay Construction, 5419 Hickory Ridge Road- Sometime between April 15th and April 18th, someone
cut the lock on a single gate entrance and stole 2 two pipe wrenches valued at $60.00, two rolls of copper
valued at $200.00, two rolls of copper tubing valued at $300.00, and a Copper welder kit valued at $557.00.

Wilderness Camping Resort, 9220 Plank Road- Sometime between 7:00 PM on 22 April and 8:00 AM
on 23 April, someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a Maroon Dell Laptop computer valued at
$1000.00.

Macy’s Parking Lot, 3102 Plank Road- Sometime between 10 AM and 6 PM on 20 April, someone
entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a pink Sony digital camera valued at $80.00 and a multicolor Dooney

A vending truck driver reported that sometime between 10:40 AM and 12:10 PM, someone stole $1900.00
in cash from his unlocked safe, in his unlocked vehicle. The victim could not provide an exact location of
the crime but stated that he parked his truck in front of the Spotsylvania County School Administration
Building and also in the area of the Tech Center on Smith Station Road.

Hampton Inn, 4800 Market St.- Sometime between 10 PM on 25 April and 8 AM on 26 April, someone
broke into a vehicle and stole a black Dell laptop computer valued at $300.00 and 12 cartons of cigarettes
that were left in plain view.

business parking lot. This larceny occurred sometime between the 23rd and 25th of April.

Breezewood- Sometime between 1 AM and 2:30 PM on the 16th of April, someone entered an unlocked
vehicle in the area of Wakeman Drive and stole a black leather wallet containing $80.00 in cash and
several credit cards, a pair of sunglasses valued at $150.00, and a $30.00 black umbrella.

Millgarden South- Sometime between 1 AM and 3 AM on the 14th of April, a resident in the area of
Galaxie Drive reported that someone entered a locked vehicle and stole$200.00 Sony Digital Camera and
two social security cards. There were no signs of forced entry or damage to the vehicle.

of Sagun Drive reported that someone entered an unlocked tool box on the bed of a truck various types of
tools valued at $300.00.

vehicle and stole a Kenwood CD player valued at $120.00, and a rubber notary stamp. There were no signs
of forced entry and no damage to the vehicle. This larceny occurred sometime between 8 PM on the 23rd and 3 PM on the 24th of April.

This larceny occurred sometime between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM on the 23rd of April.

Salem Run – Sometime between April 11 and April 17, 2011, someone stole an IPOD and a Garmin GPS
from a vehicle parked in the area of Castlebridge Road. The resident stated that the vehicle was locked,
and that the alarm was set, however, no damage or signs of forced entry was discovered.
