Robbery

Domino’s Pizza, 4211 Plank Rd- On the Jan. 16, about midnight, deputies responded to a robbery call. The victim, an employee at Dominos, said he was walking out of his place of employment, and someone struck him in the back of the head with what appeared to be a gun and took $1,200 in cash. The money was in a blue money bag, and the victim was going to deposit the money to the bank. Suspect is a male, between 5’8″ and 6’1″ and 170 to 180 pounds and wearing a white sweatshirt with a blue design on it. CFS- 11-006399

Residential Breaking and Entering

Motts Run Estates, Country Way Circle- Sometime between 8 a.m. on Jan. 19 and 8 a.m. Jan. 21, a home had visible damage to the door, indicating someone tried to break in. A witness stated said a dark, compact car pulled into the  driveway and two subjects wearing hooded sweatshirts, sweatpants with stripes on the legs go out. The subjects went to the front door and then to the backside of the home. The car pulled into the driveway sometime between 11 a.m. and midnight on Jan. 19 or 20. CFS- 11-008515

Residential Breaking and Entering

Breezewood, White Lake Drive- Sometime between 4:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.on  Jan. 25,  someone entered a residence by unknown means. The victim said that two IBM Thinkpad Laptops and $20 in coins were stolen. CFS- 11-0010206

Sylvania Heights, Mansfield St.- Sometime during the day on Jan. 22, possible entry through an open window of a residence was made. The victim said that two gold Necklaces valued at $150 and a box of records and tapes were stolen. CFS- 11-009157

Stuarts Crossing, Willow Ridge Way- Sometime between 6 p.m. on Jan 20 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 21, someone entered a home under construction and stole rolls of copper wire valued at about $1,500. Extensive damage was caused to the home during the crime.CFS- 11-008525

Grand Larceny

Cedarbrook, Greentree Drive.- On  Jan. 19 a victim said her black Smith and Wesson 38 special was stolen from her home sometime during June or July 2010. The victim said she did not report this earlier because she was investigating the situation on her own. (It is highly recommended by the Spotsylvania Crime Prevention Deputy that larcenies be reported immediately, especially if it involves a weapon.) CFS- 11-007659

Grand Larceny

Brittany Commons, Mooregate Ave./ Ravens Court Drive.- The victim said that sometime between 7 p.m. Jan. 22 and 2 a.m. Jan 23, someone entered her locked vehicle and stole a black iPod touch with black and pink case valued at $180, a  black Canon digital camera valued at  $200, a black and white Coach Purse valued at $50, a 10K pink diamond, white gold ring valued at $62 and ID. Deputies could not find any signs of forced entry. CFS- 11-009342

Grand Larceny

Villages of Salem Station, Girven Court.- The lock on a vehicle was damaged and entry was made. A Craftsman tool set and a black bag full of tools were stolen from the back seat of the vehicle. The items are valued at about $350. This crime occurred between 8 p.m. pm Jan. 22 and 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 23. CFS- 11-00270

Grand Larceny

Battlefield Green, Battlefield Green Dr..- The victim was unaware that her key fob had malfunctioned and possibly left her vehicle unlocked during the overnight hours on Jan. 21. Unknown subject(s) entered and stole a black Garmin 205 GPS, black web cam, Versace sunglasses and a cell phone charger. CFS- 11-008504

Grand Larceny

Fox Point, Cranston Lane.- Sometime between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Jan. 25, a victim said,  someone must have pried the doors open to several vehicles on the driveway. A small dent was located by the drivers door handle. A black Garmin GPS and a black laptop were stolen. Due to the timeline, this larceny may be related to several larcenies from unlocked vehicles that occurred on Prospect Court. CFS- 11-010054

Fox Point, Prospect Court.- Sometime between 8 p.m. on Jan. 24 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 25, several unlocked vehicles were entered. A garage door opener, a GPS and a Black and Decker laser level were stolen. CFS- 11-010001, 11-010014

Simmons Tire, 5323 Jefferson Davis Highway- Between the hours of 8 p.m. on Jan. 23 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 24, unknown suspect(s) used a concrete brick to smash the window of a locked vehicle. The victim said the criminal stole $5,000 in cash from a bag in the back seat.CFS- 11-009565

WCC Cable, Ewell Rd.- Sometime between midnight Jan. 12 and 10 a.m. Jan. 17, a 2004 Contrail Flat Bed Trailer was stolen from the business. CFS- 11-007459

Newlife Outreach Church, Harrison Rd.- Sometime between Jan 16 and 21, unknown subject(s) stole a Honda pressure washer, King snow blower, Echo chain saw and two weed trimmers from the church’s property. CFS- 11-008663

Sylvania Heights, Church Street- Between Jan. 6 and 20, the victim said that someone stole two license plates from his vehicle. The vehicle tag number is JGW5328. CFS- 11-008195

WM Rodger Apartments- Sometime between 10 p.m. on Jan. 16 and 7 a.m. on Jan. 17, a black bike valued at $30 was stolen from outside the residence. CFS- 11-007545

Larceny

WAWA, 10630 Courthouse Rd- At about 1:25 p.m. on Jan. 25, a Sandisk MP3 player was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. The suspect is a young (18 to 25) black male, short dark hair, blue jeans, long metallic chain, dark shoes, black and white shirt, and black and white jacket. The thief was driving a small dark, two-door hatchback/ possibly a Honda or VW. CFS- 11010192
