Public Safety Center Can Proceed

The county is prepared to move forward with building a new public safety center by the courthouse. The county needed to obtain private property before the project could begin. You can read that story here.

On the consent agenda for tonight’s meeting is a resolution on moving ahead with the project. The building won’t be done until January 2012, according to a schedule online.
