Got a ton of tree limbs and brush?
In Light of recent severe weather and heavy snows, to help with disposal of downed trees, Spotsylvania County is accepting snow-damaged wood products such as whole trees, limbs, brush etc. at the County’s Livingston Compost facility, at no charge to commercial customers. The County will continue to accept resident wood waste free of charge at either the Berkeley or Chancellor Convenience Sites, or directly at the Livingston Compost Facility. The Livingston Compost Facility is located on Route 602, Massey Road, immediately adjacent to the Livingston Landfill, and can be reached at 540-895-5030.
The County plans to offer this assistance at least through the end of March and possibly longer, depending on the response. Questions may be directed to Doug Crooks, Utilities Department Supervisor, at 540-507-7362 or email@example.com.
