Pagan property development

Tonight at 7 p.m. at the Wilderness Community Church there is a community meeting for a developer Dr. Pagan is proposing for his propert on State Route 3 West near the Orange County Line and also near the proposed Wal-Mart site in Orange. Some residents received letters about the meeting and his eventual rezoning request. He wants to include a wholesale nursery and a medical officer cluster, which needs the rezoning. We should have at least one reporter present, but it won’t be me. Just wanted to give head’s up about the meeting.
