Billie Gould recorded a double-double with 12 points and 13 rebounds to lead Colonial Beach over Northumberland, 66–61, for a key Northern Neck District win on Friday night.

Megan Seaman had 16 points and Karley Inscoe added 15 for the Drifters, who host Rappahannock on Friday.

Riverbend’s Candice Beverly picked up 13 boards to go with her 11 points, and Carmen Beverly tallied 11 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

The two teams square off again on Tuesday, but at Riverbend.
