WINNER’S CHOICE INVITATIONAL
Riverbend finished 11th out of 32 teams at Saturday’s Winner’s Choice Invitational wrestling tournament held in Fairmont, W.Va.
West Virginia power Point Pleasant won the event with 186 points, while the Bears finished with 110.
Six of the 10 Riverbend wrestlers that competed placed, led by 145-point winner Kyle Krieger.
Vinnie Pirrone (160) finished fourth, Jamie Deason (220) fifth, Kord Krieger (138) sixth, Chris Berrios (182) seventh and Uriah Watkins (170) eighth.
