Sydney Jackson’s 17 points and 13 rebounds helped lead the Chancellor to a 65–56 Battlefield District win at James Monroe Friday night.

Rachon Harrison added 12 points and five assists and Emily Green and Allie Short 11 each. Shawna Morris had five points and 12 rebounds for the Chargers, who visit King George Friday.

Cara Lambert had 18 points and 13 rebounds, and Brittany Williams added 16 points for James Monroe, which visits Caroline Monday.

Hope Toliver pitched in with 17 points and nine rebounds, and Jayla McNeal grabbed 10 boards. Caroline Shrewsbury scored 14 points for Culpeper.

Caroline will travel to James Monroe Monday.

Zhane Barnes and Nichole Collins scored 15 points each to help the visiting Eagles stay unbeaten in Commonwealth District play.

Kendra Holland added 12 points for Colonial Forge (14–2, 10–0). Nia Washington contributed seven points and eight steals, and Bri Sullivan had seven rebounds and six blocked shots.

Chelsea Keyser led the Wildcats with 13 points.

Colonial Forge visits North Stafford on Saturday at 5 p.m.

Brianne Comden added 10 points and 10 rebounds, and Alexis Willis chipped in four steals and three assists for the Panthers.

Massaponax hosts host Mountain View next Friday.
