MASSAPONAX 59, CHANCELLOR 57

Massaponax’s Nate Grosskopf scored on a putback at the buzzer, lifting the Panthers to a 59–57 nondistrict win against Chancellor on Wednesday.

It was the first loss of the season for the Chargers, who played without standout Chris Holmes.

Ryan Greer led Chancellor with 24 points and his basket with 15 seconds remaining had tied the game, leading to Grosskopf’s game-winner.

The Panthers play at Gar–Field today.
