Prep All-Star Teams: NW coaches recognize Mangano

Donte Wilkins, an offensive guard and defensive lineman for Potomac High School, won both offensive and defensive player of the year honors on the all-Northwest Region football team.

North Stafford’s Joe Mangano was named Division 5 coach of the year and Hylton’s Tony Lily won Division 6 coaching honors.
