Colonial Forge senior
Roberts was the Commonwealth District, Northwest Region, and Group AAA player of the year, leading Colonial Forge to the Group AAA state final.
FIRST TEAM:
F ANDREW OAKES
Courtland senior
The Battlefield District’s player of the year tallied 23 goals and 10 assists to lead the Cougars. He was also an all-Region I first-team selection.
F JACOB BURKE
Chancellor junior
A key playmaker for the Battlefield district’s runners-up, Burke earned all-Region I first-team honors and was also an all-district selection. He had 25 goals.
F ELLIOT MAKRIS
Riverbend junior
Makris led Riverbend with 14 goals and also had three assists. He was an all-district first-team pick and an all-Northwest Region second-teamer.
MF SHELDON SULLIVAN
North Stafford junior
A Commonwealth District first-team selection, Sullivan finished the year with 12 goals and four assists. He’s already committed to play soccer at Virginia.
MF TIM CLANCY
Colonial Forge senior
Clancy had seven goals and 11 assists and finished his career among the school’s all-time points leaders. He was an all-region first-team pick.
MF DAN JOBRACK
Stafford senior
The Indians’ main facilitator on offense earned all-Commonwealth District first team honors for his standout play in Stafford’s midfield.
D CHRISTIAN TROUT
Mountain View junior
The Wildcats’ top defender also managed seven goals and an assist. He was named to the all-Commonwealth District first team.
D MATT WALSEMAN
King George junior
This all-district first teamer finished with 10 goals and 12 assists, and helped lead King George’s boys team to one of its best seasons in the last decade.

Colonial Forge sophomore
The Eagles’ best defender was invaluable in Colonial Forge’s run to the state championship game. He was an all-Commonwealth District first-team pick.

Massaponax senior
The Panthers’ four-year starter in goal had six shutouts during his solid senior season. He earned all-Commonwealth District first-team honors.
