Pierre Garcon Returns To Practice On ‘Very Limited’ Basis
By ZAC BOYER
ASHBURN – Pierre Garçon returned to practice for the Washington Redskins on a “very limited” basis, according to head coach Mike Shanahan, but his status still remains uncertain for Sunday at St. Louis.

Garçon’s right foot sprain is more of a matter of pain tolerance, Shanahan said. He injured the foot in the first quarter at New Orleans and did not play in the rest of the game, and he did not practice on Wednesday.
“He’s getting some treatment on it,” Shanahan sain. “He got in a little work today, some drill work, and so that was encouraging. We’ll see tomorrow how it is.”
If Garçon can’t play, the Redskins will consider using Aldrick Robinson, who played in his place against the Saints, or moving another receiver to fill Garçon’s responsibilities.
