London Olympics Force Change In Redskins’ Broadcast Plans

Because of NBC’s coverage of the London Olympics, the Washington Redskins’ preseason opener at Buffalo on Thursday will be televised by NBC Washington on one of its subchannels, NBC Nonstop, as well as on Comcast SportsNet.
NBC Nonstop can be found on channel 208 on Comcast, 803 on Cox, 28 on RCN, 260 on Verizon FiOS and 4.2 on over-the-air receivers. Only Comcast SportsNet will televise the game in high definition.
The Redskins’ three remaining preseason games will be simulcast on NBC Washington and on Comcast SportsNet.
